Terms and Conditions:

By entering your information, you are automatically entered into a raffle, participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals and businesses that attended Coaches Connect, Learn & Share in Omaha, Nebraska. Participants must be 18 years or older to enter. 
  2. Entry Method: To enter the raffle, participants must submit their name, company name, email address, and phone number via this entry form. One entry per person.
  3. Entry Period: The raffle begins on June 2, 2024 and ends on June 3, 2024. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
  4. Prize Description: Two winners will receive one month of free social media management services, which includes the creation of 4 post graphics and copy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  5. Service Details: The free social media management services will be provided for 4 weeks. The services include the creation and posting of 4 graphics with accompanying copy on the winner’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts.
  6. Winner Selection: Two winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The selection will take place by June 7, 2024, and the winner will be notified via email by June 14, 2024.
  7. Notification: The winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected.
  8. Content Approval: The winner must approve all content before it is posted. EtterOps will work with the winner to ensure content aligns with their brand guidelines and preferences.
  9. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
  10. Rights to Content: The winner retains all rights to the content created during the free month of social media management. EtterOps may request permission to showcase the content as part of its portfolio.
  11. Privacy: Personal information collected during the raffle will not be shared with third parties.
  12. Modification and Termination: EtterOps reserves the right to modify or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice.
  13. Limitation of Liability: By entering the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless EtterOps from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the raffle or the prize received.
  14. Governing Law: This raffle is governed by the laws of California, USA.
